As we look forward to another year at Narmi, we’re thrilled to announce our inaugural Narmi Innovation Awards, a program designed to celebrate the incredible stories of our customers. At Narmi, we believe in the power of innovation and the impact our clients make on their financial institutions, as well as their communities. The Narmi Innovation Awards allow our customers to showcase the transformative ways they use the Narmi platform to elevate their businesses and communities.
We invited our customers to submit their best stories for a chance to win in several categories. Selecting finalists was no easy task, but we were excited to shine a light on some truly outstanding contributions. Hear about our FI partners’ experience working with Narmi in their own words:
Caldwell, Ohio-based Community Savings was Narmi's fastest implementation to date, going live with both Consumer Account Opening and Business Account Opening in just 49 days. This was no easy feat, and speaks to the dedication and commitment of a Community Savings team who constantly kept this project moving forward.
“Buffy and John worked tirelessly to test, make updates in their core, and coordinate calls with COCC when needed to make this launch happen.”
Since going live, they have raised over $44M in new deposits with Narmi through Online Account Opening, with single deposit amounts up to $500K.
Illinois-based Evergreen Bank’s rapid deposit growth was a testament to how they’ve used the Narmi One platform, achieving over $231.8 million in core deposits by December 2024.
“Since 2023 alone, we have opened 6,193 accounts and currently maintain 5,358 active accounts. This significant boost strengthened our liquidity and enhanced our strategic growth opportunities.”
New Jersey-based Greater Alliance has been one of Narmi’s strongest partners in the development of the Narmi One consolidated digital banking platform. In the time we’ve worked with them, they’ve become a true full-platform customer.

This process allows us to more efficiently and effectively on-board members, whether they're coming from online sources or in-person at the branches.

“This year, UFCU implemented Narmi's Staff-led platform in a very controlled way to get applicants through who may have failed out of online account opening, but still require a membership with us. This use case went well, and we were able to provide Narmi with feedback on updates we needed to this platform in order to take the staff-led solution into our branches. Narmi and UFCU's ongoing collaborative partnership is very much appreciated and we look forward to what 2025 brings!”
“Grasshopper Bank’s integration between Zendesk & Narmi was implemented in January 2024 – we were the first client to work with Narmi on this integration. As a result of this integration, we have responded to over 5,000 secure messages in 2024 with Narmi Secure Message. These efficiency savings on multiple platforms have not only saved us resources, but have improved service responses.”
We’re used to Narmi customers getting off to a fast start, but even we were surprised with how quickly Cincinnati-based TruPartner Credit Union was able to completely revolutionize their account opening process and hit the ground running. Using the Narmi Grow solution to offer fast, secure account opening for their prospective members, TruPartner has been able to provide a new point of interaction with its community and ensure a consistent member experience from the moment they join.
“Prior to the implementation of Narmi for online account opening, TruPartner had no system in place for accepting account applications besides in-branch. Since launching in December 2023, we’ve had a significant amount of accounts opened online.”
Speaking of community: one of the things we’re most proud of at Narmi is to work with so many institutions that are relied upon by people around the country. All of our partners at community banks and credit unions show a commitment to community, and this year we wanted to highlight our friends at Southern California-based Arrowhead Credit Union.
“Arrowhead Credit Union is all about supporting our communities. Our foundation ArrowHeart just recently delivered 150 care packages (containing a total of 6,000 items) to Tri-State and Needles Military Moms, and we are continually donating food, clothes and essentials on a monthly basis."
The community relationship is why this is such a rewarding industry to work in. At Narmi, we strive to mirror the sentiment we see from the financial institutions we speak to every day, and not only make their lives easier, but those of their customers and members. Arrowhead says it best:
