Narmi's 2024 Year in Review

2024 was a banner year for Narmi. From hosting our first Innovators Retreat on the West Coast and seeing the most successful quarter in Narmi’s history, to launching a completely revitalized platform product vision, it’s safe to say we’ll remember the past 12 months. 

Product excellence and reliable teams

2024 was one of the most “productive” years for our product team in the history of the company, and we were able to significantly scale the Narmi platform into the all-encompassing offering banks and credit unions leverage for all of their digital banking needs today. 

Our platform also rolled out a series of new features in 2024, including those meant to help financial institutions stay at the cutting edge of regulatory trends (Open Banking API, Native NACHA Solution) and market trends (new Account Opening Manager, Marketing Promotions, new Public SDK, Personas) alike. And, as always, our teams did what they do best – deliver excellent, timely service for our financial institution partners, from implementation to the ongoing customer relationship.

Contributing to the financial institution community

We were also active in reaching out to community banks and credit unions in 2024, meeting with them either in person – we won’t soon forget the view from the site of our first West Coast Innovators Retreat in La Jolla, San Diego – or virtually, through our newly-launched Narmi User Groups or Narmi’s annual virtual thought leadership summit.
