Berkshire and Narmi both know how to tell a digital transformation story because together, they lived one. Berkshire partnered with Narmi to develop a seamless 2-minute and 13-second account opening experience for some 200,000 Berkshire customers across seven states, 106 branch locations, and 2 brands. To achieve this, they focused on user-centric design, identity decisioning, and staff efficiency which led to growth in both deposits and customers in a completely digital-first way.
Prior to this conference, Narmi also sat down with Berkshire’s EVP and head of retail banking, Lucia Bellomia, and CIO, Jason White, to discuss the development of their BEST plan to enact transformation.
The collaboration between Narmi and Berkshire shows that while it can be challenging and will require careful thinking and rethinking, the development of a digital plan is a boon for both internal stakeholders and customers.
